Conferences & Workshops
Laura Gonçalves Santoni
Laura Gonçalves Santoni presents examples of her work from her digital arts studio. She seeks to bring to life solid yet ethereal video images, within settings that play with boundaries. She sculpts light to blur the line between the reality of presence and the illusion of space. Her artistic practice is also informed by her educational work with young audiences and by collaborations with retailers. She aims to create shop windows that resemble theatre sets, showcasing new products by designers whilst using video as a means of enchantment. Her work has received awards at festivals such as «Vidéoformes» in France and «Fantasia» in Canada. She also collaborates on set designs, such as for «Paris Perfume Week», and musical productions.

Callysthé
A symphony of flavours and aromas that unfolds with every cup. It was during a stay of several months in England that Anthony Lebrun developed his love of tea. From black, smoked tea, he moved on to matcha, pu-erh and rooibos, exploring different flavours as the mood took him. These are the scents and flavours he soaks up on each of his travels, and which he decided to blend with those of his beloved homeland, Corsica.

Wines of Corsica
Corsican wines embody the unique character of this island. We picture it, dreamily. Its rugged landscape, bathed in sunshine, lulled by the winds; producing surprising, original and resolutely authentic wines. The Corsican vineyards are full of paradoxes: the southernmost, one of the most distinctive, the sunniest, with 121 peaks rising to over 2,000 metres towering above them. Here, history blends with research and development. The mere mention of its grape varieties or appellations takes you on a rich and varied adventure: Niellucciu, Sciaccarellu, Vermentinu, Patrimonio, Calvi, Porto-Vecchio… Corsican wines tell the stories of women (a third of whom are female winegrowers) and men. This is the mission of the CIV Corse: to serve the entire wine sector. Driven by passion, a love of the land, the vines and wine, tradition and their own tireless efforts, these men and women carry out their hard work and, generation after generation, pass on the expertise that makes this wine so exceptional.
The Gelateria in Saint Florent
Established 25 years ago, the gelateria offers artisanal ice creams and sorbets, carefully crafted in its workshop in the heart of the village of Rapale. Since 2000, the menu has combined classic flavours with original creations inspired by the island’s iconic flavours: brocciu, maquis honey, chestnut… Local ingredients are rigorously selected to create authentic ice creams, full of character. A gourmet experience that celebrates Corsican flavours and terroir with every mouthful.
