In the heart of the Oletta plain, on the shores of Lake Padula, within the Patrimonio appellation, Domaine Santamaria has been cultivating its vineyards using organic farming methods for six generations.

The estate spans twenty hectares and offers a dozen wines crafted with passion and sincerity, respecting life and its exceptional terroirs. The estate’s great geological diversity is at the heart of our identity: decomposed brown schist, limestone, green schist, and granite alternate from one plot to the next, giving each wine a unique character. Here, the work begins long before the cellar—controlled grass cover, soil cultivation, and careful attention to each vine—because a great wine is born first and foremost from living soil. The estate produces reds, whites, rosés, and a Muscat du Cap Corse, all made from the island’s iconic grape varieties: Nielluccio, Vermentino, Carcaghjolu Neru, Riminese, and Sciaccarellu.

Vinified with as little intervention as possible, our wines let the terroir speak for itself. Each cuvée reflects its vintage and place of origin, without artifice. From grape to glass, the connection remains intact. Domaine Santamaria opens its doors to wine enthusiasts wishing to understand our work and discover Corsican viticulture from the inside.We offer several options: a guided tasting of our ten vintages, a tour of the vineyards and cellar with the winemaker, an appetizer platter, or a winemaker’s table on-site. – Monday and Thursday : breathtaking “sunset” hike on the southern ridges of Teghime (Furiani height) with its identity picnic: local products. Meeting 6:00 pm Teghime pass – end around 10:00 pm return to the front which delights young and old. Bring a jacket and a bottle of water. Tariff 30 / half price for children under 12 years old.

– Friday : day hike: Stella forest and its giant holly or other things to see ! Meeting at 9.00 am at the Col de la Vierge – Rutali junction, return around 3.00 pm, day in the cool of the canopy … Tariff 40€ with the picnic with local products.
