The shapers

As the place to be for island fashion and design, Creazione has, over the course of its editions, made a name for itself far beyond the island. Fashion designers, designers, models, image professionals and other artists come together here to share a common vision: that of creative expression that is free, vibrant and open to the world, whilst also reflecting a modern and inspiring Corsica.

Now showing

Among the guests at the 2026 edition, Gaëlle Pietri is a natural choice. Having made her name at a very young age after leaving Ajaccio to pursue an international career, the winner of the Elite Model Look competition has never really left her island, to which she returns whenever her schedule allows. A familiar face in the world of *Vogue Paris*, who has since become an author, she embodies sincerity and elegance. In 2025, Gaëlle was the patron of Creazione. This year, she lends her likeness to the festival, brilliantly captured by Fred Meylan for the festival poster.

Behind the lens

A former photojournalist trained at the Sygma agency and based on Rue Saint-Honoré, in the heart of Paris’s Fashion District, Fred Meylan divides his time between Paris and Porto-Vecchio. His instinctive eye and his aesthetic, which is both radical and timeless, have graced the pages of the world’s leading international magazines and showcased icons such as Kate Moss, Kendall Jenner, Penélope Cruz and Isabelle Huppert. For Creazione, the renowned photographer has agreed to lead a masterclass open to the public on the terrace of Les Nobles Douze, focusing on brand image and fashion. He will be joined by his wife, Carol Gerland, a former model and founder of Studio Respiro. Having previously held the position of Head of Communications at Zadig & Voltaire, this expert in creative campaigns will enrich the discussion with her experience and artistic sensibility.

Behind the scenes

Another remarkable journey on the island is that of Cyril Lanoir. Born in Corte, he grew up surrounded by the glamour of the supermodels gracing the covers of Vogue, Marie Claire and Harper’s Bazaar. From Paris to New York – where he spent several years as Shania Twain’s hair and make-up artist – the artist built his career behind the scenes at fashion shows and photo shoots, regularly collaborating with the most sought-after magazines, from Vogue to Numéro, via Figaro Madame. Having worked with numerous celebrities, including Laetitia Casta, Camille Cottin and Lou Doillon, he is responsible for Gaëlle Pietri’s make-up and styling for Creazione’s new editorial.

At the happening

Finally, Vincent Garson, who will be the creative director of our first major opening fashion show at the Vieux Port in Bastia, brings his unique touch as a fashion designer and pattern-maker to the festival. Having cut his teeth at Christian Lacroix, Paco Rabanne and Oscar de la Renta for Balmain, before exploring streetwear and then turning his hand to cinema (notably with *Le Clan*, *Permis de construire* and *Inestimable*), is developing his own style centred on clothing and movement, seeking to shatter the dogmas of the luxury industry.

With this distinguished line-up of guests – who come from different backgrounds but are united by the same artistic rigour – Creazione, which can also count on the radiant presence of Francine Massiani, further cements its place on the contemporary creative scene.
