Combining a distinguished terroir with a wealth of enchanting flavours, the Bastia region no longer counts its culinary specialities from the tradition and its territory. It is home to some of the island's finest produce, which can be found on the plates of its restaurants. And it's no coincidence that the Bastia Country has five Master Restaurateurs out of the ten awarded in the Haute-Corse department.
