Founded in 1996 by Armelle and Dominique Sialelli, the Pietra Brewery, the first Corsican Artisanal Brewery, has been brewing craft beers with an asserted typicity ever since: Pietra, the founding product, brewed with a mixture of malts and Corsican chestnut flour; Colomba, a white beer with aromatic plants, inspired by the Corsican maquis; Colomba Rosée, a beer with natural fruit aromas; Pietra Bionda, a premium blonde with chestnut flour; Pietra Rossa, a Pietra version of red fruits; Pietra IPA, an IPA with an intense and floral aromatic profile. Today, the range has even been extended to organic and gluten-free with a Blonde, a Blanche and a Session IPA.
The brewery is open to the public in July and August, Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 12pm and from 2pm to 5.30pm.
The rest of the year, groups are welcome by appointment.
