Since then, it has been brewing traditional beers with an asserted typicity:  Pietra, the founding product, brewed with a blend of malts and Corsican chestnut flour; Colomba, a white beer with aromatic plants, inspired by the Corsican maquis ; Colomba Rosée, a beer with natural fruit aromas, Pietra Bionda, a premium blonde with chestnut flour; Pietra Rossa, a Pietra red fruit version; Pietra Corsican IPA, an IPA with an intense aromatic and floral profile, and Pietra Blonde Bio, an organic and gluten-free beer.

The brewery is open to the public in July and August, Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 17:30.

The rest of the year, groups are welcome by appointment.
