In the heart of the Oletta plain, on the shores of Lake Padula, in the Patrimonio appellation, Domaine Santamaria has been cultivating its vines organically for six generations. The estate covers twenty hectares and produces around ten different wines, all made with passion and sincerity, with respect for the living world and its exceptional terroirs.

The great geological diversity of the estate is at the heart of our identity: decomposed brown schist, limestone, green schist and granite follow one another from one plot to the next, giving each cuvée a unique character. Here, the work begins long before the cellar - controlled grassing, tilling of the soil, attention paid to each vine stock - because a great wine is born from a living soil.

The estate produces reds, whites, rosés and a Muscat du Cap Corse, all made from the island's emblematic grape varieties: Nielluccio, Vermentino, Carcaghjolu Neru, Riminese and Sciaccarellu. Vinified with as little intervention as possible, our wines let the terroir speak for itself. Each cuvée reflects its vintage and its place of origin, without artifice. From grape to glass, the connection is intact.

Domaine Santamaria opens its doors to wine-lovers who want to understand our work and discover Corsican viticulture from the inside. We offer several options: guided tastings of our ten vintages, tours of the vineyards and cellar in the presence of the winemaker, aperitif platters or winemaker's tables on the premises. These are just some of the privileged moments spent enjoying our wines and local produce, in the peace and quiet of our vineyards - an authentic agritourism experience on a human scale.

Situated between Oletta and Saint-Florent, around thirty minutes from Bastia, the estate is a natural stopping-off point for travellers visiting Haute-Corse in search of authenticity and characterful wines.
